Through my personalized coaching, I’ll work alongside you to develop an integrated plan to achieve full body wellness—often combining the practices of meditation, movement, bodywork, reiki/energy work, IV hydration therapy and more. This plan can focus on daily personal practices for spirital, mental and whole body wellness or be an adjunct group of practices towards your current allopathic treatments. I work alongside a concierge physician that offers telehealth medicine. Together as a team, we work with you to formulate a wellness plan combining any modalities that work best for you.
